Dr. Wang will give proper advice to the patient after the initial consultation. The method of treatments and fees will be in discussion between Dr. Wang and the patient.

We will provide a properly written receipt with our government license registration number after payment. Patients can contact their insurance providers for reimbursement procedures. Payment options are available in cash, Interac, Visa, and MasterCard.
Longevity Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre will not give any refund for herbal medication as each medication is specifically formulated for each patient’s unique needs. This policy also applies, without exception, to any other health products. Also, there will be no refund for consultation, follow up or acupuncture session. Once patient purchased acupuncture session with Longevity Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre, the patient will not be allowed to transfer acupuncture session into any other form of interests or services. The same policy will also apply to any other types of previously purchased services or products. Longevity Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre will not be involved with any reimbursement interests with any insurance companies. Patients will be responsible for their own insurance policies. Longevity Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre will always do our best and serve our patients with highest efforts. However, Longevity Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre will never guarantee any treatment progression. Longevity Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre will provide a properly written receipt with government registered number after each payment. The patient is hereby notified and agrees to this policy.
If the patient is unable to keep a scheduled appointment, the patient will need to contact us within 48 hours in advance before the date of the appointment. We can assist a cancellation or arrange a new appointment.
