Balance

We all face situations where we become so sadden that our heart like felt it’s broken
When we say “heart broken”, the terminology does not neccessary mean that the heart is literally broken in physical state.
However, our physical matter can be damaged by overstress with any types of emotions in prolonged of time.
In Chinese Medicine, we talk about emotions as being one of the ways to stay in good health.
Emotions can direct the way of Qi, too little or too much is never good.
Balance is always the key to stay healthy.
