Acupressure point LI-4

LI-4 is the 4th point in the large intestine meridians in our body.
Meridian is the passage where the Qi (energy) circulate.
LI-4 acupressure point in Chinese is called “He Gu”
The point is located on the dorsum of the hand, it’s in the middle of the second metacarpal bone on the radial side.
When you press it, you will feel a sensation of a dull ache.
The point is good for ease general abodomin discomfort and pain, headahces, and constipation.
This is one of the most commonly used point in Chinese Medicine theory.
